That looks really good! I have a french bread recipe that I love, but it's not quite so easy... I am going to have to try this. If you wanted to fancy it up a bit for guest or a birthday dinner or whatever, I would sprinkle the baking sheet with cornmeal first, and then do an egg white wash on the crust after it had baked for about 10 minutes. Cool!
